In order to receive a full refund, Pet grooming appointments must be canceled at least 3 hours prior on the day of the grooming service.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours without rescheduling an appointment will be subject to a partial refund of 80% of the booking price.


• Cancellations made within 24 hours with a rescheduled appointment will be subject to a Rs. 200 rescheduling fee.

• Incase of Any Complaints/Not Satisfied with the service , Pet Parents are eligible for 100% Refund with next 12hrs of service. if its within 24hr, 50% would be refunded.
  
  There is not refund after 24hrs of service.
